Lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Pimlico, from 1 December to 28 February (dates a bit flexible). Only looking for short-term.
Depending on some visa issues it might be available for a lease takeover.
The room: Double room, furnished, with wardrobe and storage space, and your own bathroom.

The flat: you'd be sharing with one friendly, Italian flatmate who works in London. The flat is calm and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and fast wifi and gym in the building.

Location: quiet street in, a 5 min walk to Pimlico station, 10 min walk to Victoria and station and 15 min Walk to St James Park Station

Looking for someone tidy, respectful and reliable. Preferably female.

To move in: first month plus a deposit before keys, and happy to meet first so we all get a feel for each other.
