Double room available in Westminster 💖

Hello! My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a clean, friendly and respectful person to take over his room in our lovely two-bedroom flat in Westminster.

The Flat:

A bright and modern two-bedroom property with an open-plan kitchen and living area. The flat is fully furnished, well-maintained, and has a light and airy feel throughout.

Conveniently located in Zone 1, it’s just a 5-minute walk to Pimlico station and 10 minutes to Victoria station, making it ideal for commuting or exploring central London.

The Room:

A cosy, fully furnished double room featuring a comfortable bed with mattress, a bedside table, chest of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is shared with myself.

About me:
I’m Abbey, 26, and work in the civil service (office is a 15 min walk away!!). I’ve recently got into running (against my better judgement I’ve signed up for a marathon next year…); I enjoy going to the gym, catching up with friends, trying new cafes for sweet treats and watching theatre or good TV! I’m chatty and take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is similarly clean, considerate, and ideally someone I can get along with!

Rent & Bills:
* Rent: £1,050 per month
* Bills: Approximately £120 per month (includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet)
* Available from: 15th November 2026 (very flexible)
* Council tax band: E
