We're a lovely walk or bike ride away from Hackney Wick along the Greenaway and a 35 minute journey to Canary Wharf.
The resident housemate is Sam - she is absolutely wonderful, and very considerate. She is big into health and fitness and is a regular gym goer. Sam is a member of the LGBT community so respect for that is paramount. She works onsite Monday-Friday. Although she is always open to a chat/drink, the house is a space to relax and recharge. No loud parties.
The room is available from October 18th, 2026. All bills included.
I know the ad says 'live in landlord' - I've tried to change it and can't. I (the landlord) am the one moving out so you'll only be living with lovely Sam.
