Inside, you’ll find a modern, American-style kitchen fully equipped with a large refrigerator, sleek microwave, versatile air fryer, high-performance oven, efficient dishwasher, and convenient washer and dryer. There’s also a stylish dining table where you can enjoy meals in comfort.

For relaxation, the living area invites you to Netflix and chill with a curved LED screen and luxurious reclining chairs. The property also features two spotless, hygienic restrooms for your convenience.

The bedroom itself comes furnished with a plush single bed, one open cabinet. All utility bills are included in the rent, though we share the cost of hiring a professional housekeeper.

For everyone’s security, we require a signed rental agreement, a refundable one-month deposit, and a copy of your driver’s license and passport. Students will also need to provide proof of valid visa status. Please note that the rent is firm and non-negotiable.
