One furnished double room in a new (built in 2016) East London house with a lovely garden (key in these WFH times).
The house includes the usual amenities (65" TV, washing machine, big American fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.). There are two bathrooms in the house. The internet speed is great. I also left my wall of vinyls from when I lived there years ago, some of which might accord with your own music tastes!
The house is a short walk from Upton Park station, and there is a large array of restaurants, shops and gyms within a short walk. On-street parking is available with a permit.
House mates would be young professionals.
Bills were around £75/month when I lived there.
