🪑 Room comes with bed & mattress, desk and chair, bedside table, built in shelving and a wardrobe. It faces the back garden so it’s super quiet.
Also there’s a big built in wardrobe just outside the room on the corridor.

🛁 House has one main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. Plus washer, airfryer, coffee machine in the kitchen.

The house has a garage and plenty of storage space for luggage, bikes, etc.

💸 £800 rent. Bills are around £100 (max £150 on winter months)
Deposit is £800. We have a wonderful landlord who is super chill and quick to fix any issues.

📅 Move in 20th November. The current flatamate who is moving out is happy to move out earlier if needed.
