The front room is large with an 8 seater leather corner sofa and a nice big TV to come home to and relax in front of. The outside is amazing, with a normal balcony off the living room, then to the side of the apartment is a huge roof terrace, amazing for summer and to see the fireworks on bonfire night or NYE!

The flat is currently occupied by a couple that are looking for a great flatmate. The flat is under the council tax band C, rent doesn't include bills. The room is £850 for one person, or £950 for a couple. The tenants deal with all bills themselves.

The building is a beautiful listed building, you won't find anything else like it, with underground parking. The flat is also located opposite a doctors surgery and a few minutes walk from the train station and a Tesco express, as well as Plaistow park. The building is on the main road, however, the flat is located at the back of the building so no noisy traffic or passersby. The neighbours are also so lovely and friendly so looking for more amazing tenants to join.
