Two lovely rooms now available.
The house is currently unoccupied as we've been doing it up after the last tenants left. There will be three rooms to rent in all.
The King-size Front Bedroom is the largest and is available for a single person at £850pcm or for a couple at £1000.
The Middle room is a double and is available for a single person at £750pcm.
(There will be a third bedroom, a single, but we’re just in the process of finishing it.)
The house has two reception rooms, so there is lots of space to socialise. The kitchen has all the usual bits and pieces: fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. and there is a shower and seperate bath in the bathroom.
We are currently doing a little work on the garden so there is a nice place to sit outside. (It also has a handy shed.)
Although Plumstead is the nearest station it is only a 15 min walk to Woolwich for the Elizabeth Line, Docklands Light Railway and all mainline trains. The council tax here is band C.
The area lots of green space on the common and nearby woods and a good community feel, with a couple of good pubs and cafes.
