I'm a live-in landlord who's looking for a lodger to share a large and spacious house with all bills included (monthly cleaner, electricity, gas, water, broadband, and council tax).

I am looking for a lodger who is:

-Clean
-Respectful
-Looking to take good care of the property

The single bedroom comes furnished/unfurnished for £550/month

The kitchen is joined to a conservatory with access to a balcony with a beautiful multi-level garden which are communal areas.

The property is situated a minute away from the Winn's Common.

The deposit for each of the rooms will be 1 month of rent, if there is no deliberate damage to the property, this can be your last month rent.

- 5 minute away from local bus stop which can take you to Woolwich Arsenal where there is the DLR and Crossrail which will be open later this year.
- 10-15 mins walk to Plumstead Station which gives great access to London Bridge/Kent
