A calm, warm room in a lovely family home

A nicely presented, clean double room is available in my peaceful home in Plumstead Common SE18 available from 1st August.
I'm looking for the right person to share my home with. Whoever moves in won't just be a lodger — you'll be treated as part of the family, while always having your own privacy and space to relax.
A little about the home:
I have two gorgeous cats, so you'll need to be a genuine cat lover. It's a calm, respectful and tidy household — I keep things clean and homely
Full use of all washing and laundry facilities
A warm, friendly atmosphere where you'll always feel welcome
I'd like to start with a three-month initial stay so we can both make sure it's the right fit — and if all is well, we can happily extend to a longer let of up to a year.
