We're looking for a friendly, tidy professional to join our lovely home.

The house is beautifully maintained, modern, and located just **13 minutes from Woolwich**, with excellent transport connections including the **DLR, Elizabeth line, Southeastern, and Thameslink**. A local marketplace is only a **4-minute walk**, and the nearest bus stop is just **3 minutes away**, making commuting and everyday shopping very convenient.

**The room includes:**

* Bright, spacious room with a large window and plenty of natural light
* Large storage space
* Access to a modern, fully equipped kitchen
* Shared bathroom (the house is usually empty during the day, so it's rarely busy)

The house also has a welcoming shared living area where we occasionally enjoy movie nights or share a meal together.

You'll be living with **two friendly professionals**. We enjoy spending time together from time to time while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space. We're sociable, easy-going, and looking for someone with a similar mindset who appreciates a clean, relaxed, and respectful home.
