Large fitted kitchen with access to paved patio garden. New Washing machine and boiler system. 2 shower rooms and toilets.

Large Tall fridge and separate Tall freezer (plenty of space)

As professional landlords, we are non-intrusive and polite but expect that the house is kept clean and tidy out of respect for those that you share with and that rent is paid on time.

We have always believed that any house I rent should be to the same standard that I would want to live in.

Rent is paid every 2 weeks, with 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent in advance.
