Our lovely double en-suite room is available from 2nd June.

You will be one of just two people using the lounge and kitchen, giving you the upmost comfort, enjoyment and space in your new home.

Shared space:

Kitchen- There is a spacious kitchen shared between yourself and one other tenant only.

Lounge- There is a large lounge with dining table, sofa, and storage.

Garden- There is also a south facing garden at the rear of the property which gets plenty of sun throughout the year. We have two friendly dogs who use this space however you would also be free to use it, along with the outside dining table and BBQ.

Gym- we've recently installed a modern, insulated gym in the garage, that can be accessed from the garden. This has a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, lifting cage, free weights, weight bench, and multi gym. It is seldom used, so if you're a gym goer you'd pretty much have it to yourself!

Bedroom: £900- Available 2nd June.

The room is freshly painted, however if you move in and want to change the colour i'm happy to accommodate this. There is new laminate flooring and direct access to recently refurbished en-suite.
Comes furnished with a storage bed, desk (if required) wardrobe, and storage cabinet.
The room and en-suite overlook the garden.
The room can come unfurnished if required.

Should you have any friends of family staying over for the night, they're welcome to use the spare room for the night at no extra charge.

Couples:

Couples are unfortunately unable to rent this room due to council licencing restrictions.

About us:

My partner (28) and I (26) have owned and lived in the house for over 7 years, and have our own studio flat on the top floor.
My partner works as a trainee solicitor, whilst I currently work as a civil servant.
Our dogs are very friendly Romanian rescue dogs, and are not allowed in the tenant areas. They have their own lounge, bedroom and areas in the house to ensure they keep out of your way!
There are also some fish which belong to the other lovely tenant.

Transport:

The house is situated a 1min walk from the 422 / 96 bus route. This now takes you to Woolwich in around 10 minutes, where you can access Crossrail.
Woolwich- 10 minutes
North Greenwich- 45 minutes
Canary wharf- 30 minutes
London Bridge- 49 minutes
Canon Street- 45 minutes
Liverpool Street- 40 minutes
