Double Bed Room for Single person, please read full advert. It's a shared 4-bed house 2 floor property, Fully furnished, currently there are 3 males age 31 Vietnam, 32 Indian, 42 Polish in the house. They are working professionals The house is located at Saltwell Street, London E14 0DZ.
½ minute to POPLAR DLR station and 1 minute to WESTFERRY DLR Just one stop to Canary Wharf from Poplar DLR. Main Road A13 is just 100 yards away; this road takes straight to the Westend City and East to Barking.
The house has rear garden, and benefits from a kitchen equipped with Washing Machine/ Dryer, Microwave, and Large Fridge Freezer. There are 2 bathrooms in the house upstairs and downstairs one with power shower. The bedroom is equipped with a study table, a new smart TV wi-fi connected, Double bed, wardrobes, extra storage space out side the room, bathroom located on same floor. Reliable Top of the range internet system perfect for working from home or streaming games. The Kitchen cabinets are all divided into equal shares. The room is going for £800. minimum stay 6 month rolling on from month to month thereafter. 6 or less month agreement is available for £850 per month plus same amount of deposit. (Rent quoted here is per Calendar Month) including bills & Internet. I am looking for a professional person but will consider letting out to a mature and peace seeking student and other potential tenants who has the means to clear the rent regularly. Your qualities!
Preferably, you have experience in house share. Hold a friendly attitude. You like cleanliness and respect for other people’s existence in the house, you take your fair share cleaning responsibility in the house and, you have the tendency of accepting the new house as your own, therefore, you feel at home.

One months rent in advance and one months rent deposit is required. Rent deposit is kept into a governmental approved safe deposit scheme.

For references: your previous landlords and current employers details are needed. You also must have the required document to show you are allowed to live and work in UK.

If you are in receipt of housing benefit, I am willing to take you on, however, you will have to provide some solid references: from your previous landlord, you must have a working graunter amongst your friends and families to back you financialy. If you are in anyway can’t provide this please pass by, I am a private landlord and can’t afford to keep people who struggle to pay rent, thank you for understanding.

RENT includes:
Water Bills, TV License, High-speed Internet service, Council tax, Gas Bill, Electric Bill, house Maintenance. House Cleaning is not included but cleaning materials are provided. Tenant's keep the house clean.
