The room has double doors into the garden and the second toilet and basin are easily accessible.

The monthly rent is £1050, and the Deposit is £1200.

The Council Tax band is D and the cost is included in the rent. Electricity is not included and averages about £30, to keep the house clean we also have cleaner at £25 and to replace all the consumables in the common area's its £15. In total the extra costs per month are about £70.
