Double Room in modern flat sharing with 2 professionals Will (37 Accountant and live in Landlord) and Michael (36 Banking).

FLAT:
The flat is brand new with a private gym, concierge and rooftop terrace. Both Michael and I are fairly social and cook/watch TV in the evenings and have the odd game of Table Tennis (Note Michael is only in London 4/5 nights a month for work). The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you'd only be sharing a bathroom with one person who is almost never there. The room is about 4x3 meters and has good storage. The room is well-lit and has the bathroom next door. Most bills (including a cleaner are included). The electricity heating is around £30 a month on top. We have a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. We have 150mb hyperoptic broadband, The water pressure is very strong and our central heating is easy to program.

TRANSPORT:
We're about a minute's walk from Langdon Park DLR so you can get to canary wharf (6 mins,20 mins walk), Stratford (7 mins) which are both served by the Elizabeth line. Bank (20 mins) City Airport (20 mins) and Stansted Airports (45 mins) are easily accessible.

AREA:
There are a couple of supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl), a post office, and a few shops (dry cleaners, etc) less than 5 minutes away and a Lidl/Tesco superstore around a 15 mins walk away. Crossrail Place is also just a 15 walk away which has a number of restaurants such as Franco Manca and Sticks N Sushi.

We can be flexible with the move-in date if you would like to move in earlier.
