Double room avabalbe in Poplar until August

Hello, I'm (Oscar) moving out before the end of the lease so theres a lovley furnished (bookshelf, bed side table and drawers) double room avalable!

All the rest of my stuff in the pic will be gone before you arrive!

Its in poplar less than a 5 min walk from Poplar union and the park arround it on the cannalside and less than a 5 min walk from langdon park station. 20 min walk from QMUL where me and my flatmates attend.

We're a lovley bunch, in my opinonion, but unfortunatly you'd only be able to stay with us up to 4 months until the lease ends in August.

The rent price includes your bills and wifi and the 'deposit' i'd like to take as being the first months rent up front but im happy to come to a different arrangment.

The double room is quite spacious and catches the sun in the mornings especaially. Has a decent double door wardrobe and a cupboard seperatly in the hallway that you would be able to use, and we use the gated garden to store bikes and such.
