Two rooms available in a quiet, owner-occupied home in E14: a spacious ground-floor room for £1,000 per month and an upstairs room for £950 per month. Rent includes electricity, water, heating, internet and Council Tax. Extra furniture can be provided on request.
The home has a rear garden, suitable for relaxing and occasional BBQs. It is shared with the owner-occupier couple; we don’t have children or pets in the household. We are looking for considerate housemates who will respect the home and keep noise down in the evenings. No pets and no smoking indoors; smoking is permitted in the front or rear garden only. No parties.
E14 offers a range of transport options, including the Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, DLR, local buses and Uber Boat. Shops and amenities include Canary Wharf Malls, The O2 outlet and Westfield Stratford. Bartlett Park is nearby for walking, running or relaxing outdoors.
