This property is a 5-10 minute walk from Canning Town Tube and DLR station and East India DLR station. You can get to central London (Bond Street station) within 20 minutes on the Jubilee line. Both Stratford and Canary Wharf are 5 minutes on the tube. Canary Wharf is a 20 minute walking distance.
The room itself is a spacious double bedroom with great views. The room comes with its own spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Although the bathroom is not en-suit, it is exclusively for the use of the occupant of this room.
I am looking for a quiet and peaceful person but also a social person. Someone who is not going to be having parties and making a lot of noise at 4am in the morning, but someone who is still up for having chats and hanging out in the living room.
Please note that I don't want too many guests in the flat. If you're someone who has lots of friends/relatives over please try looking elsewhere. I prefer to have a more calm and quiet environment in the flat. Guests are allowed, just not too often.
More about myself - your landlord. I am friendly, approachable and easygoing, as long as you don't keep me awake until the long hours, then we will get on fantastically. I currently work 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays, I need my beauty sleep on the weekends so I would prefer someone who isn't going to make alot of noise during these times :). I work quite long hours so I am out throughout the day from Wednesdays to Sundays, if you work from home, this may be a suitable arrangement for you.
I am clean but definitely not a clean freak who is going to freak out over the smallest stain.
If you have any problems with the property or with the living arrangements I am approachable and accommodating and will try to help you in any way I can. I see my duty as a landlord to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
