Flatmate needed in Primrose Hill!

I found this perfect 2 bedroom maisonette through an agency and looking for a potential flatmate to secure the flat. :)

I will be viewing it soon so would be nice to find someone and potentially view it together!

Looking for a friendly, considerate and easygoing flatmate who values a calm and comfortable home environment. The flat would suit someone independent with their own routine, who enjoys a peaceful space and is naturally respectful of shared spaces. Would also be nice getting a glass of wine or chit chatting every now and then of course :)

I would like to create a more cosy and relaxed atmosphere in the flat and make it feel like home!

The location is within walking distance of the cafés and boutiques of the area, which is quite convenient. ☺️

A little about me: I'm Italian and work in branding/creative strategy. I enjoy good conversation, art, I’m a big foodie and also enjoy Pilates. Love exploring and trying new food spots!
