Lovely double room in Primrose Hill

We have a lovely double room on our flat this June ✨

We’re Jess, Disha, and Alice (all 27) and working in green energy tech and law. We enjoy going to the cinema together, going for a swim in the ponds and pubs trips. We like the keep the flat a calm, tidy and friendly space so we’d love someone who’s also up for a post-work wine and catch up on the balcony while respectful of keeping the flat a space for downtime!

The flat itself is done to a really nice spec and we’ve always found the estate agents and landlord to be very responsive to any issues. It’s the top of four floors and has a west-facing balcony/kitchen/living room which is lovely in summer.

Looking for someone long term. We’re expecting the rent will increase around Sept (possibly by ~100 per room) so only suitable if this would not be an issue. There is a £50 admin fee to change the tenancy.

We would love to find someone who will enjoy the area and flat as much as us!
