2 Double Rooms in Swiss Cottage / Primrose Hill

My two lovely flatmates are moving out of London at the end of October and I have two spare rooms available in our lovely Swiss Cottage / Primrose Hill flat.

Move in Date - 22/10/2026

•⁠ ⁠Bills: £130–£160 (including council tax)
•⁠ ⁠Deposit: £1250
•⁠ ⁠Both rooms very bright & sunny
•⁠ ⁠Living room gets a lot of sunlight too (not uploaded due to restrictions but can send)
•⁠ ⁠Opposite Marriott Regent's Park - very safe and bright location
•⁠ ⁠Fully furnished flat
•⁠ ⁠Amazing transport links + shops, cafés & gyms nearby: 7 min walk to swiss cottage, tesco, 15 minute walk to finchley road station, chalk farm, sainsburys and waitrose, 25 min walk to west hampstead overground

Both rooms are doubles, and they share one bathroom. One room is downstairs, next to the bathroom and the other is upstairs. One of them has a desk inside (incase you study / work from home), and the other has a desk set up in the living room.

About me:
I'm originally from Hong Kong but Indian by ethnicity. I moved to London last October into this flat and can't imagine leaving because of how great the location and flat itself is. I work in tech sales, so I'm in the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week. I love to cook and get cosy at home, but equally am out of the house a fair bit as cafe hopping / exploring London is one of my favourite things to do and I travel at least once every 2 months.

I have a pretty full life in London, but would love what I have built with my current flatmates where we have a great time yapping when we're all at home, have movie nights and an occasional morning coffee or pint at the pub. I'm looking for someone who's social but also has their own set up in London and respects giving each other space within the flat. On this note, I'm also looking for someone who's tidy (really value a clean space) and shares responsibility for cleaning, buying things around the house, and just looking out for one another.
