Versatile room in creative family flat in the heart of Primrose Hill. Fantastic location: just one street behind bustling Primrose Hill high street with its cafés, shops and restaurants – yet on a quiet leafy road leading directly onto beautiful Primrose Hill park with its spectacular London skyline views. Great local transport: Chalk Farm tube (Northern line) is a 7-minute walk; with many bus stops and bike stands nearby. Lovely walks along Regents Canal to Camden, Kings Cross/Granary Square, or right into the West End through Regents Park.

You'd be sharing a family flat – the top floors of a Victorian terraced house – with a work-from-home mum (architectural writer/teacher), teenage daughter (expect GCSE art and design projects in the space) and our lovely, older whippet cross dog.

The medium-sized room has a big window with view along a tree-lined street. Comfortable 3/4 Hygena sofabed (converts quickly for daytime use); large trestle desk. Built-in wardrobe, bookshelves, WiFi.

Shared facilities: airy family bathroom (plus separate 2nd WC). Sunny, busy living room with practical open-plan kitchen. Washer-drier. Access to our lovely roof terrace.

This is a unique, truly 'one-off' place to live – fantastic for the right person! It's offered as single occupancy and could suit very different people – from an older professional wanting a characterful pied a terre to a younger professional/mature student (20+), but it's essential to get a good fit all round, so please include a short note in your message about yourself and how you think our home would work for you. Premium rate including all bills and professional cleaner tops at £1250, but we could adjust individually/for those who are able to contribute to the household in other ways (tutoring, dog sitting, other household input) or for Monday to Friday options.
