Hello! I am looking for 1 Lovely girl to replace me and join other 2 amazing girls in this modern 3 bed property! Just within minutes from 7 different stations around Stratford, Sugar House Island is a new development with sleek finishes, plenty of storage (including under bed and basement storage), underfloor heating, a co-working space, and more.

Bills are not included but it comes up roughly £140 in the winter and relatively cheaper in the summer. You will share bathroom only with another girl, plus the house has an extra guest loo near the huge living room!

The ideal girl would be friendly, tidy, and considerate—respectful of each other’s space but also up for hanging out when it suits. No pressure, of course we totally get the need for alone time too! 🥰
