I’m looking for a like-minded professional to share my bright, modern apartment near Pudding Mill Lane. If you’re looking for a place that actually feels like a home, clean, aesthetic, and peaceful, this might be the spot for you.

The Flat & Your Room

The apartment is super bright with an open-plan living area and big windows. Your room is a large double flooded with natural light. I’ve put a lot of care into the setup:

The Bed: A premium Emma mattress (only 4 months old) with plenty of under-bed storage.

The Storage: A massive XXL wardrobe so you won’t be tripping over your things.

The Vibe: High-spec appliances (washer-dryer, water filter), brand new kitchen, and ultra-fast fibre Wi-Fi if you ever work from home.

The Location

We’re right by the Abba Arena and Olympic Park. It’s a great area if you like riverside walks or a morning run. Connectivity is amazing, you can get into Canary Wharf, the City, or Central London in no time. Bonus: Newham has some of the lowest Council Tax in London!

A bit about me

I’m a 27yo professional working in property, with a creative side-project in brand design. I’m pretty active, I speak three languages, love Mediterranean cooking, and I’m a DJ (don't worry, I keep the mixing for the studio, not the flat!).

I really value a clean, organized, and aesthetic environment. I’m looking for someone driven and tidy who appreciates a high-standard living space and a chilled, respectful atmosphere.

You'll only be sharing the bathroom with me.

The Boring Bits (Monthly):

Rent: £1,350

Deposit: £1,350

Bills: Approx £142 (Council Tax £80, Utilities £50, Fibre Wi-Fi £12 each).

Availability: I’m pretty flexible on the move-in date for the right person.
