Comfortable double room for single occupancy in a ‘home from home’ 2-bed Putney flat with outside space in a quiet, small block. Sharing with a friendly and considerate male owner, the room is ideal for someone who wants somewhere convenient to relax in while working in London during the week.

Excellent location on a quiet street, just a few minutes’ walk to all local amenities. Excellent commuting links to Rail, Underground and Bus network for Central London, City, Heathrow/Gatwick and surrounding areas.

- On street parking is available on pay-as-you-go or visitor permit from Wandsworth Council

The flat is also situated 10 minutes’ walk to beautiful Putney Bridge, the River Thames, Putney Pier for River Boat services, and local parks. Ideal for nature walking, running, rowing and cycling.

Putney is a safe, friendly, diverse, vibrant, leafy area of South West London. A short walk from the flat takes you down to Putney’s plentiful shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, swimming pool, cinema and other leisure facilities.
