Double En-Suite* Room Available for Short Let

I'm a live in landlord looking for a tenant for the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in Putney.

The Room is fully furnished with a double bed. 2 x bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. *While the bedroom isn't ensuite, you will have exclusive access to your own bathroom to use just outside the bedroom door.
The building has a fully kitted out gym, a large roof terrace, communal gardens and a concierge for packages and any queries which is really handy.
The flat is on the 4th floor (there is a lift, don't worry) and has great views across London.

I'm away quite regularly as I split my time between London and Dorset so you would have the whole flat to yourself for 1-2 weeks every month.

Bills not included: The usually come to around £150pp/pcm.
NO WFH - I work from home full time so this wouldn't be ideal for someone that also works from home. It's possible to accommodate working from home where necessary but not full time. If/when i'm away then please feel free to WFH.

I also have a beautiful Fox Red Labrador so this would not be suitable for someone who doesn't like dogs. She's a big softy and thinks she's a lapdog. All she wants is cuddles, her ball or to go swimming.

Please note that rent for couples will be £1600 + bills which will be divided equally by 3
