I have a double room available for single occupancy, a short walk from Barnes station (zone 3). It is fast and direct to Vauxhall and Waterloo.

The room has double bed, comfy chair, lots of windows, desk, lots of storage, shelving, 1.5 metre IKEA pax wardrobe with drawers and hanging rail.

There’s a small front garden with real garden birds (!) and a small cozy living room. Lots of bathroom storage. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and table and chairs.

There is residents free parking and the flat is close to nature reserve, train station and Richmond Park. Short walk to Barnes.

Flat is shared with one female professional.

I’m warm and friendly, very open to a regular cooking/ shared dinner etc or cup of tea chats but also plenty going on if you are busy.

Short term lets considered (with rent adjustment depending on length).

I have a gentle, slightly shy (slightly chonky!) but very lovely cat- cat lovers only please! She will be most unlikely to go in your room, unless you are a cat whisperer and beckon her in (!) but she is very kind and gentle and a lovely addition to the home 😽

A good match of flatmate is important to me as I have really appreciated great relationships and atmosphere with past flatmates.
