THE ROOM

THE FLAT
The flat has a large lounge, with a private west facing balcony, great for an evening drink in the summer. The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer and oven. Kitchen utensils are also included.
The flat is on the 4th floor of a modern purpose built development, with lovely landscaped grounds and basement cycle parking. There is a lift just outside the flat and the block benefits from secure, entry phone controlled doors and an on-site caretaker.
We also have BT broadband, which is great especially if the three of us are working from home.
CURRENT FLATMATES
We are a Commissioning Editor at a publishers (Lizzie, 36) and translator (Andrea, 42). We enjoy going for walks, seeing friends/family, the occasional theatre trip etc. We are tidy, friendly and always up for a cup of tea, glass of prosecco and a chat.
THE LOCATION
The location is great, with some fabulous brunch and dinner options very close by; Richmond Park a 5 minute cycle away; Barnes and the Thames a short walk to the north; and Putney with its wide array of shops and transport connections a 15 minute walk / 5 minute bus ride away.
There is also a very handy row of shops opposite, which includes: Tesco Express, small Boots, a Post Office, dentist, dry cleaners and wine shop.
The flat has great transport links, with Barnes railway station a short walk away and regular buses to East Putney underground station, Richmond and Clapham Junction from just outside. Approx door to door peak time travel times to key destination as follows:
East Putney Tube 5 minute (bus) or 20 minute walk
Waterloo 5 minute walk and 20 minutes (train)
Bank 45 minutes (train and tube)
