About the flat:
It's in a great location; 10 minutes walk to either Putney Station or Putney Bridge tube (plus a bus stop 1 minute away). Very close to the river and Lower Richmond Road (lots of lovely cafes, pubs, etc).
There’s a shared communal garden, with bike storage and a drying area.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, small desk and large built in wardrobes, with a window over looking the garden.
The kitchen was recently renovated and is fully stocked with cutlery, a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, etc.
Admin:
£875 rent a month (due on the 1st of the month). This includes all bills (utilities, council tax, wifi, TV license).
