Double room available in Putney house

We have have one large double room in our house available from the 5th of September! The room is a big double bedroom in a spacious 4 bed, 2 bath house. The bedroom will be unfurnished, with a fully furnished living room and kitchen. The room is shown in the last bit of the video and is situated on the top floor of the house and has plenty of room for a desk and couch.

The rent is £890 which excludes all bills (sky sports, 80mbs fibre broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax, and a fortnightly cleaner). These are likely to come to £140 (pending info on utility bills price increases). The room is garden facing.

The house is in a great neighbourhood (residential, safe and quiet) about 10 minutes walk from Putney overground station which goes into Clapham Junction, and is 16 mins direct train to Waterloo. There is also private off road parking available. We're a stone’s throw from the great pubs and bars on and off Putney high street, close to the river and 2 minutes from a gym as well as Putney/Barnes Common.

The house has an open plan living room, dining area which is great for hanging out and watching TV, with an adjoining kitchen. Downstairs there is also a utility room and a toilet. We also have plenty of storage (upstairs and downstairs). There is a lovely large patio and garden which we use during the summer for BBQing and having friends over.

There are three of us staying on in the house, all male 26-31yo. Luke L spends much of his time outdoors golfing and works in sports media. Jack who is new to the house and moved in begining of August. Stu is a mechanic who spends his weekends cheering/abusing Brentford FC as well as playing Aussie Rules footy. We are a friendly bunch who like a beer (or two) at the weekend. We are laid back and enjoy nights in and out.
