Extremely spacious double room (Bigger than most) located in the heart of Putney. The room has all the required furniture and fittings: Fitted wardrobes, table, bed, 2 reading lights, desk sofa, fridge/freezer (not shared), shelves, TV and WIFI.

The room is very clean, there is plenty of natural light into the room and has nice big windows with blinds.

This household is very calm and peaceful.

With only 1 other flat mate, respectful and a quiet PHD student. I am seeking a respectful working professional or a peacful masters/PHD student.

There is a shared kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine/dryer. The shower room/toilet is shared. Both these are facing the room.

For those that work remotely or have hybrid jobs, the room is well sized.

Being near the river and parks is a huge benefit when you need to clear your head, have a walk in a safe place or get some sun.

Putney is an extremely safe and affluent part of South west London.

I am happy to hear from both students and working people. Previously the rooms have been let out to mainly PHD/master students from: Imperial, Kings college, UCL and London school of economics. Alongside other universities.

This is due to:

- The peacful environment in the flat. Allowing for focus on study.

-Close proximity to London universities.

-Close proximity to the underground stations

- Safety/location of the flat

Females are preferred. The existing tenant is a female PHD student.
