Spacious flat in Putney looking for new housemate

Hi there! I've been in this flat for almost 6 years and feel like I’ve found a gem. The rooms are huge, bright & airy, and we've got a ton of bits included.

Some highlights (for me!):
- Well-equipped kitchen with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher washing machine and separate dryer all included
- Separate lounge with large storage cupboard (ideal for coats/shoes etc.!) and TV (mine, so it'll be staying)
- Each bedroom has it's own bathroom - mine has an en-suite, the spare room has a separate bathroom and toilet just next door to it (so basically en-suite!)
-The room comes with bed, wardrobe, drawers etc so doesn’t need much extra
- Pretty ideal setup for WFH if you need to - bedrooms have plenty of space for a desk and we have pretty speedy (and reasonably priced) wifi via Community Fibre
- Great neighbourhood - Putney has always felt really safe and has a phenomenally well-stocked high street w. handy shops, cinema and plenty of good food & drink places

I was nervous about feeling too 'out of town' moving here, and though getting home from a night out in Hackney might be a pain, mostly it's surprisingly easy to get to and from the flat with Putney national rail and the East Putney district line stations just nearby, There's also some surprisingly good night buses!

My current housemate is moving out to live with his boyfriend. I'm often quite hectic, but try and have nights round the sofa, exploring the local area or grabbing some excellent brunches nearby.

Ideal housemate will be social, tidy(ish) and open to lots of random theatre posters as decor (I work in theatre!).
