Double Room in Putney with Own Bathroom

I live in a flat in Putney that is about a 5-6 minute walk from both the mainline (Putney) and Underground (East Putney) stations. It is a 2 bedroom, first floor flat that I have lived in for 4 years and my previous flatmate just bought her first place and moved out.

The room available is a double room (3.9m x 3.6m) and there is bathroom across the hall that would be your own as my room has an ensuite. The available room has a double bed frame and closet, and other furniture (drawers and bedside tables) are available if desired. There is not a mattress on the bed frame, however, so you would need to purchase one.

Rent is £950/month plus bills (internet, tv license, council tax band E, gas, electricity), which usually come to around £150 each per month. The flat was completely renovated just before I moved in in 2019 so it feels fresh even though the building is a bit older.

The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and balcony. All kitchen supplies are provided (dishes, saucepans, baking pans, microwave, kettle, etc.) and the lounge has a dining table, two large sofas and a tv.

To tell you a bit about myself, I am a 41 year old female. I am Canadian but have been in the UK for four years and love it here! I work in events so tend to travel a few times a month for work. I am very tidy and like to hang out in the lounge and watch tv in the evenings, but also go meet up with friends and explore London. At the moment I work from home around 3 days a week.

I am looking for someone who is also tidy/clean and interested in chatting and having a glass of wine in the evenings but not a party house.
