The room is available from 1st September and will be holding viewings on Tuesday 28th July in the afternoon through to early evening.

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, and easy-going new flatmate for our Central Putney flat. The flat is beautiful, has a great feel to it and a lovely character. It’s bright, light and airy.

Situated on a quiet, pedestrianised lane, the flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and spans over the top two floors of a house with a cute, south facing roof terrace which is perfect for BBQs :)

The kitchen and large lounge are open-plan with lots of natural light. New carpets throughout the flat.

Your room is on the top floor of the house, furnished with a bed with storage space underneath, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a shared Jack and Jill ensuite (shared) bathroom which has a shower, bath and toilet and basin.

There’s bike hook in our hallway which you’re welcome to use.

A deposit of £750 is required, and bills come to £120 per month each which includes a cleaner.

We hold a good relationship with our Landlord.

The flat is a 3 minute walk from the High Street & 5 minutes to Putney train station and a 10 minute walk to Putney Bridge & East Putney tube stations.

If you have a car, you can get an A1 parking permit from the council.

Your new flatmates:

Two female working professionals, 32 and 42, who enjoy hanging out but also have their own social lives and both work a lot.

We like cooking/baking, traveling, going to gigs, films and photography. We are clean and tidy, chilled, fun and respectful.

This is a lovely home, not a party-pad. We are after a professional, non-smoking housemate that is tidy, friendly, relaxed, considerate, has a good level of hygiene, takes pride in living in a clean home, is positive and easy to live with.

Sorry to say no to couples or pets.
