Double room with own bathroom

The room is a double room with a king size bed. There is an inbuilt wardrobe, underbed storage and its own private bathroom, just down the hallway.

**Total cost will be £1200 including all bills**

The flat is situated on Putney Hill, only 3 minutes’ walk to Putney station and 8 minutes’ walk to East Putney underground station.

You will be living with me and my partner, Charles. I am 31 years old, from Malaysia and work as a doctor. Charles is 36 years old, Swedish, works in finance and works from home about 2 days a week. Both of us enjoy keeping fit with the gym, cycling and socialising with our friends.

We are looking for a flatmate who is professional, tidy, clean and respectful. Please note I am not considering people who work from home full time so that the flat does not feel like a constant workspace.
