Beautiful little house and garden in Putney

Looking for a new housemate, ideal location for rowers, cyclists, and runners.

The house:
You will have a double bedroom, fully furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will have your own private shower room and loo. In the kitchen there is a good oven, gas hob, wine fridge & dishwasher. The living room has a log fire, and a table big enough to host 8 people (but possible to fit 12). There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine but no tumbledryer. The cellar can be used for storage if need be. Outside there is a little garden which is perfect for summer dinners, afternoon tea, growing plants etc. There is also a parking space if you need and shed for storage of a bike.

The house is in a very nice area and on a private road, I feel very safe living here and am sure you will too.

In looking for a housemate, my priority is to find someone who I think will be very happy and really enjoy life here. It is such a beautiful, peaceful place, and I am keen to find the right fit. I think it would particularly suit someone who is outdoorsy, as we could not be closer to nature here - Richmond park, Wimbledon common, Putney heath, and the Thames boathouses. Also, possibly someone who is likes art would like it here simply because I am very keen on art (art house films, painting, stories etc) so we'd have a lot to chat about. But neither are a requirement of course.

About me:
I am 29 and am a goldsmith. In my spare time I enjoy creative endeavours. I make my own clothes, paint, read, draw, watch European films, etc. I am interested in business and entrepreneurship, in particular women in leadership. I am a keen runner and swimmer, and very much enjoy socialising/ hosting friends on the weekends.
