Large Room in East Putney

Hello,

We are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our 3 bed flat. Our current flatmate is moving out to live with his partner. We live in a lovely residential area near Richmond park and Putney Heath.

The flat is a split level with the living room being on the lower level. We have a cleaner once a fortnight and bills come to approx 125£ (all in).

In terms of travel, we are only a 10 minute walk to East Putney tube station and 10minute walk to Putney train station.

The remaining flatmates (Myself and Emelyn) socialise within the flat and occasionally have gone out for a cycle or drink together. We're both working professionls and we keep things relatively quiet in the flat during the week. We are looking for someone like minded to share our space with and keep things friendly.
