Looking for someone to occupy ASAP the large room with king-size bed, in a spacious flat just down the road from East Putney tube station and Putney rail station.

The flat is within a larger block called Grosvenor Court, just to the East of Putney High St.

About the room:

- shared (and large): living room, bathroom, kitchen
- - Space to study / WFH

About the location:
- Short walk to both Putney train station and East Putney tube station
- leafy, nice quiet street

About the flatmate:
- Ed, 39yr old engineer, working in the city 5 🥲 days a week

About you:
- Open to a sublet arrangement for min. about 3 months

Why I like the flat:
- St. Johns Ave is a lovely road to walk along each day
- There is plenty of space to work in the kitchen on meals, to host dinners etc
- The laundry machine isn't too loud
- The tree in the garden, right next to the balcony, produces more blossom in the summer than I have ever seen before
- Space in the living room for a yoga mat and some stretching
