Double en suite room in Putney

We are looking for someone to join our flat from 15 September.
The flat is located on Putney High Street, 10 minutes from Putney Bridge tube station and 6 minutes from Putney railway station. The room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and is fully furnished. The living room is spacious and naturally well-lit. The flat has all the expected amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and large fridge. The building also has a small communal terrace available to all tenants.

The area is very safe and green, with multiple grocery stores (Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose), restaurants, pubs, and other amenities (including drugstores and gyms). Putney also has one of the lowest council tax rates in London – Band D.

About us:
Dominika and I are finishing our Master’s degrees and, from September, both plan to start working full-time. As flatmates, we’re friendly, tidy, and reliable. We like to keep a chill atmosphere at home and usually opt for a quiet night in. We’ve been living in the flat for the past three years and know the neighbourhood quite well, so we’d be happy to show you around!
