Huge Double room available in Putney.

• The room is at the top of the house (above the living room). It is very big, but has no door (see photos).

1. CURRENT FLATMATES
We are two male professionals looking for one new housemate (Male only) to start from 1st November for a long term. We both work full-time and are looking for one friendly, respectful, clean and tidy new housemate.
Interest : Football / Rugby / Gym / Table Tennis / Padel

2. LOCATION
The house is located in a quiet area, which is very well communicated. The house is 12 min walking from Putney Bridge tube station and 12 min walking from Putney Train station. There is also a bus stop (22) in front of the house that takes you straight to the centre of London.

The house is 9 min walk from the high street where there are lots of shops (Tkmaxx, Odeon Cinema, H&M, WHSmith) and supermarkets (Big Sainsbury's and Waitrose, Local M&S, Tesco and Lidl).

3. THE PROPERTY
The house as a whole is quite big and bright, with lots of windows (some in the ceiling) and has good common areas. It consists of multiple common areas: one bathroom, a big kitchen with dining room, living room and small terrace. There’s central heating and lots of storage. The house is fully furnished and fitted with lots of amenities. (dishwasher, blender, microwave, breadmaker, bathtub, kettle, pans, cutlery…).

4. THE ROOM
This room is located on the 3rd floor of the house.
It used to be an office for the landlord family living there, now turned into a giant room, which explains why there is no door.

5. RENT
All bills are included in the price. No agency fees.
Please note:
• The portion of the rent allocated to bills may vary.
• There is a £770 deposit.
• Rent is paid one month in advance, with the rental cycle running from the 20th to the 20th.

To secure the room, the first payment will need to be made before mid October and will cover:
• 1st–20th November: £505.16
• 20th November–20th December: £870
• Deposit: £770
Total first payment: £2,145.16
Your next rent payment would be end of November, covering the rent 20th Dec - 20th January.
Please note that prices may be subject to change depending on the cost of bills.
