I am a private landlord and I have a large studio available to rent from early Oct 2026. Current tenants are moving to Scotland.

The flat is located in Putney SW15 ( lower Richmond Road), close the Putney leisure center. About 20mins walk to Putney Bridge tube station or Barnes train station. Buses only a couple of mins away.

You can find many shops, pubs, cinema within walking distance.

Rent £1575 per month ( bills are not included) plus 5 weeks deposit which will be registered with DPS.
Bills around £250 per month depending on how much you will use.

I am looking for a single professional or a couple for long term rent, minimum 9 months prefer 1 year+.
