The house is in a residential and quiet part of Putney (Putney overground 10m walk) East Putney/Putney Bridge tube station 15/20m walk.
I live with my child (turning 18 in March) we are a Scottish/Italian family. My daughter comes during university breaks and my partner commutes from Dublin.
The rental includes the room , private bathroom , basement (with washing machine and dryer) and use of kitchen and Garden.
We have a lovely and friendly cat.
We love music, films , books and interesting conversations, but also like quiet times!
