Gorge Putney flat looking for flatmate 🌿

We have a cosy double room to rent in our maisonette style flat, SW15 area, female preferred, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
We have a large shared living room with a large tv (as we like to watch stuff together!) and large kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and air fryer.
We are only an 8 minute walk from Putney train station, East Putney tube station and Putney Bridge Station (district line). With the 220, 270 and 485 buses near to the house and the 337 and the 37 minutes away.
The flat is close to the river, Wandsworth park and Putney High Street with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Lidl and also a new M&S food hall🐷.

About Courtney and Mia:
We are both 28, Courtney works in the NHS and Mia is cabin crew.

The room is small double room on the middle level, it has a built in wardrobe and fits a double bed with a bedside table, or a queen with no bedside table.
The room will come with a shared bathroom with 1 other housemate on the top level. It has a small shower, vanity, and ample storage for towels and washing basket ect.
We also have additional storage in the flat and in the loft if needed.

It’s a sociable flat - walks, coffee, gym session, shopping trips, binge watching a series and nice drinks together in the summer, but we do also respect each others downtime and space, we are looking for a friend as well as a flat mate
- We are looking for another girly to live with, and for someone similar ages to us.
- Full time employed & strictly NO work from home (this is due to space!)
- Clean, tidy, considerate and respectful
- Though we do enjoy some vino in the summer, this is not a party house

Rent is £750
Bills are around £120 (fluctuates slightly in the winter with the heating)
Deposit is £377
We are in Wandsworth Council tax band D and the bills include a cleaning kitty in which we buy cleaning supplies and toilet paper etc from.

Flat is available 1st October and rent/bills to be paid 1st of of each month.

We’ll be doing viewings from the 10th of August.

Applicants will need to speak with our landlord and provide proof employment + residency before being approved.
No pets, no smoking, no e-bikes/e-scooters!

Our landlord is lovely and lives right next door, always available to help with any issues. Though the law has changed and legally you can give 2 months notice at any time to leave, we would prefer someone looking for a long term let to help make this house a home 🏡❣️
