ASAP- Affordable Room for Sociable, Fun, Clean Guy

We’re excited to announce one of our rooms has become free in this wonderful Putney flat (Wandsworth borough).

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and wonderful person to join our light, spacious, huge flat in Putney with a stunning suntrap garden.

This room is available from about 7th Sept, and shares a bathroom bath/shower bathroom) with one clean guy (me).

We’re lucky to have a large kitchen (inc. dishwasher), new fridge/washing machine, comfy living area, massive garden, twice-monthly cleaner and great vibes.

Whilst we have a built in bar, and have hosted some great birthday’s/BBQs etc here, we’re not a ‘party house’ during the week and would rather have friends over to cook together, go for a walk, run or watch some TV.

The room comes furnished, rent is £795 (w/o. bills) , and the house is just over ten mins from both East Putney (District line) and Putney Train Station (a great downhill if you’re running late to work!).

You’ll mainly be seeing myself (31), Chloe (29) and Ellie (35) in the house.

We're all working hybrid work so in and out the house during the week.

I'm running a health and wellbeing company,
Chloe and Ellie both work in marketing.
