Double Room with Private Bathroom in Putney

Hi! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of the tenancy so I'm looking for someone to replace her at the beginning of July.

About the flat -
It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat at the top of a 3 floor block of flats in Putney. The flat also has off street allocated parking space.

There's a separate kitchen and living room/dining room, an attic for storage, there's a washer drier, dishwasher and all typical white goods in the kitchen.

The flat is 4 minutes walk from East Putney station (District line), and 10 minutes walk from Putney rail station.
There's also the 37 bus that goes to Peckham via Brixton and Clapham Junction.
There's a Sainsbury's and Coop nearby, and a larger Sainsbury's 15 or so minutes walk away.

About the room -
It's a furnished double room, a big wardrobe and lots of storage space. There is a desk in the room but this is optional. You'd have main bathroom, next to the room, to yourself.

The rent is £1,225 a month, which doesn't include bills. Water, electricity, council tax, broadband comes to about £120 a month.

About me -
I'm Kofi, a 33 year old Data Analyst that works remotely, though I do go to the office every so often. I'm usually out and about, though happy to do things as a household.
I'm a laid back person who is respectful of shared spaces, so I'm looking for someone who's of a similar nature, clean and tidy, and easy to get on with.
