Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, responsible flatmate to share my spacious 2-bedroom flat in central Putney, available from 18th April 2026.

• Desk for working from home if needed

• Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with all appliances included, great for relaxing, cooking, or socialising
• Private south-facing garden currently under construction, which will be fully finished by move-in, featuring a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink, plus dining area, perfect for meals and enjoying the outdoors
• Small utility space with separate washer and dryer
• Two bathrooms in total
• Walking distance to both Putney Station (SWR) and East Putney Tube (District Line)
• Walking distance to the River Thames, Wandsworth Park, and Putney Heath
• Richmond Park 5–10 min cycle away
• On-street parking is available outside the flat; you would need to obtain a council permit though
• Central location close to shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets

About Me:
I work as an engineer and am also a rower, so a couple of weekday evenings and weekend mornings are busy with training. I usually work from home about two days a week. I enjoy hanging out at home, cooking together occasionally, watching TV or gaming in the evenings, or just relaxing. I respect personal space and alone time, and hope to live with someone who enjoys a balance of socialising and independence.

Who I’m Looking For:

• Tidy and considerate, keeps their bedroom/en-suite and shared spaces consistently clean and tidy, respecting hygiene standards
• Friendly, sociable, and independent: happy to hang out occasionally (watch TV, game, cook together, or just chat), but also respects household routines and alone time if needed
• Positive household vibe, easygoing, and respectful of others’ space
• Willing to share household chores, helping keep common areas clean and comfortable for both of us

Rent & Bills: £1,350 per month, all bills included (Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax, etc.)
