Looking for a somebody to replace our current flatmate, Cam, in our lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Putney flat with a garden (and bbq!), outdoor office, as he is moving in with his partner
We are all are very friendly and relaxed! Ella (25) and I (Niall, 26) are from New Zealand & Northern Ireland. Sol (27) is from Scotland!
We are not the kind of flat who sends photos to the group chat when someone leaves a dish soaking overnight...but we do like to keep it clean. We all have a hybrid working schedule and work from home 1-2 days a week.
The flat is 2 mins walk from Putney station (Overground routes to Waterloo) and 5 mins from East Putney Station (District Line).
The bedroom has internal wardrobe with decent storage space, and you have your own bathroom down the hallway.
Rent is £925 and Monthly bills are £100 per person. Deposit is 5 weeks rent!
