Hi Everyone!!

We are looking for a somebody to replace our current flatmate, Izzy, in our lovely 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Putney flat with a garden (and bbq!), outdoor office, as she is leaving to live with some home friends.

*the bedroom pic is from a previous tenant - so dont be alarmed!!

The flat is 2 mins walk from Putney station (Overground routes to Waterloo) and 5 mins from East Putney Station (District Line).
The bedroom has an internal wardrobe with decent storage space, and youll have your own private bathroom down the hallway.

The biggest plus is a big open kitchen/living area with bi-folding doors into the garden!! We have a BBQ & seating which makes it an ideal spot for hosting in the summer!!
Theres also an outhouse which is used by all as a home office.
Rent is £925 and Monthly bills are £100 per person. Deposit is 5 weeks rent!
