Ensuite double bedroom available in Putney

Hi! We're looking for our third flatmate to complete our little household as our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

🛏️ THE ROOM
The room available is an ensuite. It's a great size, comes with the bed, drawers and built in wardrobe. Move in date - July 6th (can be flexible to be a week earlier if needed). Ideally looking for long term renter, minimum of 12months, no couples.

📍 THE LOCATION
A great location in Putney/ Wandsworth with brilliant transport links into the city.

👯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We'd love someone who is:
• 28–33 years old
• A working professional, office-based 2–3 days a week
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Sociable and outgoing — someone who brings good energy to the flat
• Active/sporty — someone who loves being active
• Happy to enjoy a glass of wine or a night out together occasionally
• Reliable with rent and bills — no drama!

We're not looking for someone who just keeps to their room — but equally we respect that everyone needs their own space and independence. It's all about balance.

About us -
We’re Emma and Jules — both working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We’re sporty, social and outgoing, whether that’s morning runs, gym classes, pub trip, glass of wine on our terrace or making the most of our weekends with friends. During the week we’re both in the office a few days, and enjoy a balance of keeping busy and winding down. We’re looking for someone with a similar energy who wants a friendly, sociable home rather than just a place to stay.
