It’s a really lovely flat and I’ll be very sad to leave, but I’m moving back home overseas. The room is massive with plenty of storage space, and the flat itself is modern, clean, and fully furnished.

The lease runs until 17 September, so this is a short-term let from 14 June–17 September. You’ll need to be willing to go onto the lease for the duration and pay the deposit.

• ~£1153 deposit
• Move-in date: Sunday 14 June
• 2-minute walk to Putney Station
• 8-minute walk to East Putney tube station

You’ll be living with Laura (28), an occupational therapist from Australia, who works from home 3 days a week.
